Parents and schools need to work together for the betterment of the students. Parents play an important role in providing support and building the confidence of their children. Parents should check some of the tips or activities they can use to develop their children’s confidence and improve their school experience.

Western Nebraska Behavioral Health Survey

Dear Gordon-Rushville Parents:

Our clinic is partnering with Gordon-Rushville Schools to gather information about the behavioral health needs of children in our communities, in order to help increase access to resources and training.  We have designed an anonymous survey to gather this information, but still protect the privacy of families.  We would very much appreciate your participation, which should only take 5 – 10 minutes of your time.  Participation is completely voluntary.  We know that your time is valuable, with lots of demands on it, so there is a place in the survey to register for a chance to win gift cards or other prizes as you complete the survey.

You can access the survey one of three ways:

  1.  By going to the Gordon-Rushville Schools website at:
  2.  By going to the survey directly at:
  3.  Or by scanning the code below:

If you have any questions or concerns about this survey, please feel free to contact us at:  308-327-2026.

Thank you in advance for your participation!
